Drinking water keeps you hydrated both inside and out. And, here'sANOTHER benefit of H2O

Another benefit of drinking water is that it can help prevent acne breakouts. By drinking hot lemon first thing in the morning can help reduce breakout activity internally by flushing out the small intestine where a lot of bacteria are formed.
As for keeping the skin hydrated, drinking water doesn’t help as much as you would think but it certainly is recommended as a good health tip!!

Your skin cells are like fish, they need water to live. But did you know that drinking water is the least efficient way to hydrate the skin?
The hydration levels of your skin have more to do with how you treat your skin topically. For example, you could drink a gallon of water a day, but if you’re using harsh skin care cleansers and toners that pull water out of the skin, your efforts of drinking water are not helping your skin’s hydration levels.
I still suggest drinking plenty of water every day (I know I do) but the true benefit comes when you hydrate topically with professional serums and moisturizers.
